Peter L. Einstein

Peter is a senior media/technology executive/advisor with strong leadership, communication, and entrepreneurial skills. He has focused his career on start-up/turnaround company situations achieving success on an international basis. Mr. Einstein is the founder and managing partner of EINSTEIN MEDIA CONSULTING PARTNERS a firm specializing in M + A advisory and operational expertise for the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.​

He is currently operating as a senior strategic advisor to INTEGRATED CYBER SECURITY providing both operational and M + A guidance for its pending IPO listing in 2022. He also provides senior operational guidance for EXTREME CHANNEL LTD, a content distribution entity serving the action sport and lifestyle consumer. He is Chairman of the Board and non-executive Director for two companies; GINX ESPORT TV a TV channel/ internet portal targeting the video game/e-sport consumer, and CHANNEL FIGHT MASTERCLASS, a digital streaming channel providing training/tutorial content for combat sport/Marshall arts.

Peter has provided numerous other consulting/ advisory services both strategically and operational. Examples of this include extended deployments with ANTHEM SPORTS and ENTERTAINMENT, ANTENNA MEDIA GROUP, ROTANA MEDIA GROUP, DOHA FILM INSTITUTE, and LEBANESE BROADCAST CORP. Prior to EMCP he had a 26-year career with PARAMOUNT GLOBAL including CEO positions with both MTV NETWORK EUROPE and SHOWTIME ARABIA (OSN).​

He holds a BS in Business administration from Ithaca College and an MBA in marketing from Babson College.
