Dr. Sanjay Nadkarni heads up the Innovation and Research practise at Thinkers Garden, and is a Partner (Advisory)/co-founder at Hoick. His current domain interest are in human-centered AI and its applications in the services sector. His portfolio spans academic and applied research, as well as advisory and consultancy roles with corporate, government, and multilateral organizations.

Sanjay focuses on developing, co-creating, and applying innovation frameworks that drive tangible impact for industry and society. He is particularly passionate about democratizing technology to support small and microbusinesses, and actively mentors initiatives in educational and social entrepreneurship.
